From the lively Jeddah Corniche to the historic streets of Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the city offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary experiences.
Jeddah is served by King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), located approximately 20 km from the city center, ensuring strong connectivity both regionally and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue, profitability, and market share.
Manage pricing, inventory, availability, and distribution across all channels based on demand patterns and market conditions.
Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor key performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, MPI, and ARI.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Optimize room rates and inventory across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, and other distribution platforms.
Lead regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings, providing recommendations based on performance and market data.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams to align commercial strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
Analyze booking pace, pickup, segmentation, channel performance, cancellations, and length-of-stay patterns to support pricing decisions.
Manage rate structures, restrictions, promotions, packages, and demand-based pricing strategies.
Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities, including system configuration, market positioning, pricing strategy, and revenue procedures.
Provide actionable revenue insights and recommendations to hotel management and ownership to support strategic decision-making.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, with solid experience in revenue management and at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and distribution.
Strong understanding of key hotel performance metrics, including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, RGI, MPI, and ARI.
Experience working with PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers, and distribution platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and performance data and translate insights into commercial actions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue reporting/analytics tools.
Experience in hotel pre-opening, repositioning, or seasonal operations is a significant advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across commercial and operational departments.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
