ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and implement security procedures to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats.
Maintain and review security logs, reports, and incident records.
Lead, train, and supervise the security team, ensuring clear communication and 24/7 coverage.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operations and guest experience.
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Manage conflict situations calmly and professionally, ensuring safety and resolution.
Maintain a visible security presence to deter risks and promote a safe environment.
Stay updated on security best practices, technologies, and continuously improve operations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated history of effectively managing security operations, including incident response, staff supervision, and implementation of security protocols.
Familiarity with the specific security challenges of the industry, whether it’s in hospitality, corporate environments, or another sector.
Ability to work in dynamic environment.
Resilience and composure, leadership skills.
Knowledge of security practices.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional Indian languages is an advantage.
