The hotel positions its culinary offering as the region's first Michelin-aspiring destination, with seasonal tasting menus and global comfort classics celebrating local terroir alongside internationally curated cuisine. Wellness facilities include a heated swimming pool, dedicated wellness rooms, and conference areas, complemented by curated experiences that connect guests with Shimla's heritage architecture, vibrant promenades, mountain lifestyle, and natural surroundings. The property is also positioned as a leading venue for luxury destination weddings in the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.
Work closely with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate finance teams.
Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities including system setup and financial procedures.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision-making.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
5–8 years of finance experience in hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Experience working with PMS, POS, and accounting systems.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to work closely with operational teams in a hands-on hotel environment.
Experience in pre-opening or seasonal hotels is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional Indian languages is an advantage.
