ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The House Hotel Kvareli aims to be Kakheti’s leading destination, seamlessly blending Georgian wine culture, contemporary art, and authentic hospitality. Set within the region’s scenic natural beauty, the property is a 94-room luxury destination resort surrounded by expansive vineyards, landscaped gardens, and forest territory.
The resort features a Georgian Grill Restaurant, multiple barbecue areas, bonfire and designated picnic spaces. Leisure and wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, a fully equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor Kids Club.
Business and events infrastructure include the Ouspace business area, conference and meeting facilities, and the Kvareli Pavilion, a dedicated large-scale event venue accommodating up to 700 guests. The estate is further enhanced by vineyard areas, hiking and horse-riding trails, recreation zones, parking for up to 100 cars, bicycle and golf cart parking, and on-site staff accommodation.
Location: Conveniently located in Kakheti, the property is 40 km from Telavi, 130 km from Tbilisi International Airport, and approximately 140 km from Tbilisi city centre, offering accessibility while remaining immersed in nature.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent guest service.
Oversee room inventory, availability, rates, packages, and booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue performance.
Develop and implement reservation strategies aligned with revenue management goals and hotel business objectives.
Supervise, train, and support the reservations team, ensuring adherence to hotel standards, procedures, and service quality.
Monitor reservation trends, forecasting, and pickup reports to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Handle VIP bookings, guest requests, group reservations, and escalated guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure all reservation records, payments, and financial procedures are maintained accurately and in line with company policies.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth communication.
Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and distribution partners when required.
Support system updates, rate loading, promotions, and reservation audits across all booking platforms.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or in a senior reservations leadership role within hospitality.
Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS platforms.
Understanding of revenue management principles, room inventory control, and booking channel management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Proactive, commercially minded, and guest-focused approach.
Fluent in English; Georgian is an advantage.
