ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The House Hotel Kvareli aims to be Kakheti’s leading destination, seamlessly blending Georgian wine culture, contemporary art, and authentic hospitality. Set within the region’s scenic natural beauty, the property is a 94-room luxury destination resort surrounded by expansive vineyards, landscaped gardens, and forest territory.
The resort features a Georgian Grill Restaurant, multiple barbecue areas, bonfire and designated picnic spaces. Leisure and wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, a fully equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor Kids Club.
Business and events infrastructure include the Ouspace business area, conference and meeting facilities, and the Kvareli Pavilion, a dedicated large-scale event venue accommodating up to 700 guests. The estate is further enhanced by vineyard areas, hiking and horse-riding trails, recreation zones, parking for up to 100 cars, bicycle and golf cart parking, and on-site staff accommodation.
Location: Conveniently located in Kakheti, the property is 40 km from Telavi, 130 km from Tbilisi International Airport, and approximately 140 km from Tbilisi city centre, offering accessibility while remaining immersed in nature.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and facilities meet KH quality and brand standards.
Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Monitor daily cleaning schedules, inspections, and deep-cleaning programs.
Control housekeeping budgets, inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all housekeeping operations.
Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to align guest services and operational needs.
Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring continuous improvement.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency.
Introduce new housekeeping tools, equipment, and eco-friendly practices to enhance efficiency.
Use digital systems to monitor room status, inventory, and performance.
Seek and apply creative solutions to improve service standards and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and customer care.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and brand standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and inventory control.
Proven leadership, organizational, and training skills.
Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management systems.
Eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a guest-first mindset.
Commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Fluent in English; Georgian is an advantage.
