The House Residence Fouka Bay: The House Residence Fouka Bay is a beachfront lifestyle destination located along Egypt’s Mediterranean coast, approximately 200 km west of Alexandria and within easy reach of Cairo. The property features 40 fully serviced rooms, complemented by curated F&B outlets, vibrant communal spaces, and extensive landscaped areas. Guests can enjoy swimming pools distributed throughout the resort, water-sport activities, event and celebration spaces, and a lively clubhouse atmosphere. The House Residence Fouka Bay blends relaxed luxury with warm hospitality, positioning itself as a seasonal lifestyle hub for families and leisure travelers seeking a distinctive coastal escape.

D-Bay by Cloud 7 is a beachfront destination located along Egypt’s North Coast, approximately 180 km west of Alexandria. The property comprises 30 seaside cabanas and features one signature restaurant, Charcood, offering a relaxed yet vibrant dining experience by the sea. Designed as a Cloud 7 lifestyle concept, D-Bay delivers a laid-back coastal atmosphere, combining casual luxury, curated experiences, and warm hospitality for leisure-focused travelers.

Fouka Bay Bungalows by Cloud 7 is a tranquil lagoon-side retreat set within Fouka Bay on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast. The property features 153 thoughtfully designed cabanas, set around stunning crystal lagoons and complemented by curated F&B outlets, recreational facilities, and lively communal spaces. Designed as a year-round getaway, Il Monte Galala blends unique architecture, nature-driven design, and Cloud 7’s signature effortless hospitality. Positioned as a social and experience-led resort, it caters to families, couples, and young-at-heart travelers seeking a distinctive escape combining relaxation, activities, and a strong sense of community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the planning and delivery of all events and community activities at the Resort, including social, cultural, corporate, and seasonal events.

• Develop a monthly, quarterly, and annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with the Resort’s brand, target audiences, and local regulations.

• Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and post-event reports, ensuring events meet revenue and attendance targets.

• Coordinate event operations across all departments (F&B, events, cabanas, facilities), ensuring seamless set-up, execution, and breakdown.

• Ensure all events obtain the required permits and approvals and comply with health, safety, and local regulations.

• Partner with management to analyze event performance, guest feedback, and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.

• Build and maintain relationships with the local community, partners, sponsors, artists, and vendors, supporting contract negotiations and reviews.

• Lead and mentor the events and community team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and F&B teams to promote events and build an engaged member and guest community.

• Implement community engagement initiatives, loyalty programmes, and digital tools to grow participation and repeat visitation.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive events or community management experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues.

• Strong understanding of local event regulations, permit requirements, and cultural considerations.

• Experience working with Egyptian government entities, such as the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Culture, and local governorate authorities.

• Solid track record in event production, budget control, sponsorship, and vendor management.

• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in social media and event management tools.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
