Cloud 7 Residence Aqaba is a vibrant, lifestyle-driven waterfront destination set within the heart of Ayla Marina Village, designed for the next generation of travelers seeking space, comfort, and connection. The property features 75 fully serviced residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms and a luxurious presidential villa, combining Asian and Mediterranean-inspired interiors with modern, fully equipped living spaces. Surrounded by a dynamic ecosystem of dining, retail, and leisure, guests enjoy direct access to a wide range of experiences including beach clubs, water sports, golf courses, and adventure parks. ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the planning and execution of the organization's learning and development strategy.
Coordinate, deliver, and oversee training programs across departments.
Identify training needs in collaboration with department leaders.
Manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely completion of learning initiatives.
Monitor training attendance, records, and compliance requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Support onboarding, orientation, and leadership development programs.
Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics.
Prepare training reports, learning analytics, and performance development updates.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth.
Support the Learning & Development Manager with departmental projects and daily operations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of training coordination, adult learning principles, and employee development.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
Passion for developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
