ABOUT THE ROLE
Revenue & Distribution Executive | Kerten Hospitality
Reporting to: Director of Revenue & Distribution
Collaborating with: Department Heads
Location: Remote, India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of revenue and distribution strategies across properties, brands, and channels.
Build and manage distribution networks and channel partnerships across direct, OTA, wholesale, corporate, and partnership channels.
Assist with pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
Track channel performance, costs of acquisition, and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve distribution efficiency.
Maintain revenue management systems and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations teams to align revenue activities with commercial objectives.
Support new openings, repositioning, and expansion projects with revenue and distribution input from pre-opening through stabilization.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2-5 years of experience in revenue management or distribution within hospitality.
Experience building and managing distribution networks and channel partnerships.
Experience with systems such as Sabre, RateGain, GDS, Ideas, Opera Cloud, or Roibos is a plus.
Flexible, willing to learn, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or additional regional Indian languages is an advantage.
