ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and implementation of guest experience initiatives across KH properties and brands.
Assist the Operations team in coordinating new openings, activations, and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with KH standards.
Conduct research on industry trends, guest satisfaction, and competitor benchmarks to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—corporate, property, and partners—to maintain consistent guest experience, brand identity, and operational standards.
Help curate guest journey touchpoints and support the creation of training materials and guidelines.
Participate in digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.
Act as an ambassador of KH’s culture, demonstrating professionalism, creativity, and willingness to learn from senior managers.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and work across several projects.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); design skills are a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
