ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The House Hotel Kvareli aims to be Kakheti’s leading destination, seamlessly blending Georgian wine culture, contemporary art, and authentic hospitality. Set within the region’s scenic natural beauty, the property is a 94-room luxury destination resort surrounded by expansive vineyards, landscaped gardens, and forest territory.
The resort features a Georgian Grill Restaurant, multiple barbecue areas, bonfire and designated picnic spaces. Leisure and wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, a fully equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor Kids Club.
Business and events infrastructure include the Ouspace business area, conference and meeting facilities, and the Kvareli Pavilion, a dedicated large-scale event venue accommodating up to 700 guests. The estate is further enhanced by vineyard areas, hiking and horse-riding trails, recreation zones, parking for up to 100 cars, bicycle and golf cart parking, and on-site staff accommodation.
Location: Conveniently located in Kakheti, the property is 40 km from Telavi, 130 km from Tbilisi International Airport, and approximately 140 km from Tbilisi city centre, offering accessibility while remaining immersed in nature.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.
Allocate daily work assignments and monitor staff productivity and performance.
Support the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating schedules, staffing, and operational priorities.
Train, guide, and support Room Attendants and housekeeping staff on procedures and service standards.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and damages promptly and accurately.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping professionally and efficiently.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment usage.
Maintain accurate checklists, reports, and handover notes.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and inspections.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support housekeeping teams.
Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Fluent in English; Georgian is an advantage.
