ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly statements, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Support cost control initiatives by monitoring expenses and highlighting discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Contribute to financial data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support procurement-related processes by tracking supplier invoices and maintaining records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and support reporting needs.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team as required.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance, accounting, and hospitality operations.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
