The destination offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with skiing, hiking, and climbing, as well as a retreat for those seeking tranquillity. Within this stunning setting, the Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar & ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.

Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is in the Italian Alps, in the mountain village of Colere, offering a secluded alpine setting with access to major international gateways. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

· Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.

· Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

· Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.

· Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.

· Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.

· Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service.

· Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

· Represent KH values of hospitality and inclusivity in all interactions.

· Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services.

· Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

· Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

· Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.

· Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.

· Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in English and Italian.

· Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
