Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is a charming mountain village renowned for its unspoiled landscapes, and year-round appeal. The destination offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with skiing, hiking, and climbing, as well as a retreat for those seeking tranquillity. Within this stunning setting, the Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar & ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.

Location: Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is in the Italian Alps, in the mountain village of Colere, offering a secluded alpine setting with access to major international gateways. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.

• Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a personalized experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.

• Assist in stock management, including ordering, rotation, and inventory checks.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times.

• Support Beverage Manager in menu updates, events, and special promotions.

• Work closely with colleagues in F&B to deliver seamless experiences.

• Suggest new cocktails, mocktails, and beverage pairings inspired by alpine and Italian culture.

• Apply modern mixology techniques to enhance the guest experience.

• Curate guest experiences that highlight signature cocktails, wine pairings, or special events.

• Maintain high standards of bar setup, equipment, and glassware.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Previous experience as Barman / Bartender in upscale hospitality or bar settings.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Mixology training or certifications are a plus.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, well-presented, and team oriented.

• Fluent in English and Italian.
