Tulay believes culture and success are shaped by people.

With over 15 years of experience in People Services and Operations, she is passionate about building strategic talent networks and high-performance environments where diverse teams — particularly youth — grow into confident, results-driven leaders.

She began her career at Hilton, where she built strong expertise in talent management and community engagement, with a focus on Gen Z development and inclusion. She went on to found and lead an international inclusion programme creating career opportunities for young people with learning difficulties across Hilton’s global portfolio. Her work earned her the Hospitality Hero Award (selected from 1,300+ nominees worldwide) and an invitation to speak at the United Nations Headquarters on its sustained impact.

As a former basketball player, she carries the spirit of the game with her valuing teamwork, resilience, discipline, and shared success. Based in Istanbul, she finds her greatest joy in spending time with her two boys.
